I'm Alaa — a Mass Communication graduate, event host, filmmaker, and storyteller. From fronting a national science-media forum to premiering a documentary on the big screen, I bring ideas to life on stage, on camera, and in campaigns.
I graduated with a B.A. in Mass Communication (English) from the University of Sharjah, but my real education happened with a microphone in my hand and a camera on my shoulder — hosting forums, directing a documentary, and building campaigns at a Dubai Media City agency.
I'm passionate about mental-health advocacy and using media to inspire positive change. Whatever the brief, I bring the same three things: a storyteller's instinct, a host's presence, and a producer's follow-through.
Fronted a full-day regional forum for SciComm X × University of Sharjah — guiding sessions, moderating live exchanges between scientists and media professionals, and keeping a complex multi-speaker program running seamlessly.
Directed, filmed, and produced a documentary confronting the mental-health conversations we avoid. Premiered publicly at 06-Cinema Mall in May 2025.
Worked inside one of the region's leading agencies: campaign planning, content creation, and performance tracking across live client work.
Founded and hosted the first-ever MVS Fall Festival (2022), then spent two years leading coordination across university events and representing the society at Club Fair.
Everything a recruiter needs in one place — my full resume, plus certificates and supporting documents.
